The grapes are hand-harvested in 14 kg crates and the indigenous varieties of our estate and those controlled by our team lend a fruity and warm character, whereas the international varieties add body and freshness to help its evolution.
This wine is pressed right after the harvest, with a very low yield in must. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with no oxygen, which prevents primary aromas from oxidating during the process.
The wine is then bottled after a slight filtering that adds brightness and clarity. No animal or dairy by-products are used (suitable for vegans).

TASTING

Cherry red with garnet hints, clean and bright.
Aromatic prevalence of fresh berry preserve (blackcurrant, raspberry).
In the mouth it is pleasant, broad and fresh, beckoning a second sip; smooth and refreshing aftertaste with long finish.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Around 7ºC
FOOD PAIRING: Cold meats, sausages, rice and pasta.
BEST: From bottling and one year after harvest.
